Craft Kreate is a specialized digital studio offering services including, but not limited to:
- Content & Motion Design: High-retention video editing, YouTube pacing, social media reels, commercial post-production, VFX, sound design, and color grading.
- Tech Solutions & Engineering: High-converting landing pages, agile microapps, full-scale SaaS platforms, and bespoke custom software development.
- Brand Identity & Systems: Bespoke design systems, digital art direction, channel aesthetics, and multi-platform distribution strategy.
Service estimates, timelines, and technical deliverables are non-binding until formalized in a mutually agreed contract or statement of work.
03 // Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights
A. Website & Studio IP
All design assets, animations, trademarks, code snippets, visual graphics, copy, and documentation showcased on craftkreate.com are the proprietary intellectual property of Craft Kreate Studio or our respective clients and partners. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any materials without prior written consent.
B. Client Deliverables & Ownership
Upon full settlement of all agreed fees and invoices, full intellectual property rights to custom project deliverables (such as finished video renders, custom application source code, or bespoke branding assets) transfer to the client as stipulated in the project contract.
C. Studio Portfolio Reservation
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise under a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Craft Kreate retains the perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to display completed project deliverables, case studies, video clips, and live site previews within our public portfolio, showreels, and marketing channels for promotional and educational purposes.
04 // Client Responsibilities & Asset Approvals
When collaborating with Craft Kreate, clients agree to:
- Provide required source footage, branding assets, API keys, credentials, or review feedback in a timely manner according to agreed schedules.
- Ensure that all materials, media, fonts, and assets supplied to Craft Kreate do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
- Approve milestones or submit consolidated revision requests within the review windows outlined in your project scope.
05 // Payment Terms & Retainers
Unless otherwise specified in your project agreement:
- Fixed-scope projects generally require an initial deposit prior to work commencing, with remaining payments tied to agreed milestones or final delivery.
- Retainer engagements are invoiced in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
- Delinquent payments or delayed milestone approvals may result in project pauses and schedule adjustments.
06 // Warranties & Disclaimers
Our website and informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% precision in performance and speed, Craft Kreate does not guarantee that third-party video platforms (e.g. YouTube algorithms), hosting providers, or cloud APIs will remain uninterrupted or error-free.
07 // Limitation of Liability
